Systemic and Family Constellation work, first introduced by Bert Hellinger, offers a deep understanding and healing of entanglements we may experience within family dynamics and close relationships. Furthermore, it challenges and questions cemented preconceptions we have of social, mental, psychological and spiritual systems in our lives.
Such exploration and experiential work is supported in a safe and respectful way to restore the natural order of our social systems so love can flow freely. This process, a natural move in indigenous communities, allows us to reconnect with old knowledge and embrace cultural diversity as it respects and honours individual cultural contexts.
