From previous workshops:
“I invite colleagues with previous practitioner’s experiences to this two day professional development workshop to explore and learn together in a supportive environment”.
Margarete has 30 years of experience working with individuals and groups alike. She combines her Gestalt and Social Work background with Constellation work in her one-on-one sessions.
In this advanced workshop we will specifically refine our skills in working with Family Constellation during individual sessions and look at how the use of rituals can support this process.
If we meet our clients in a broader way inclusive of their ancestors and the roots of where one comes from as well as painting a picture of new directions in our own families our connectedness is strengthened enabling us to step out of isolation.
This also applies strongly to the coaching of individuals within organisations.
Rituals in our culture are often connected to religion. outside of the religious context, we disconnect from them and disregard them and in this process we lose sight of their importance as healing vehicles.
As to reach closure and completion through a physical and cellular experience shifts in neural pathways take place towards a more lasting and enduring sense of connection.
Aspects we aim to cover during this two day training
Your inner stance as a counsellor
How to look at a client and read their moving body
How rituals support healing
Different aspect of a constellation in individual sessions
The use of different tools in individual sessions
Client Contact
Dialogical aspect of Constellations
