About Systemic/Family and Organizational Constellations
There has been an explosion of interest in both Systemic/Family and Organizational Constellations from those working in coaching, therapy, education, business, health etc. Emerging out of family systems therapy, existential, psychodynamic and with elements of indigenous spiritualism Systemic/Family Constellations is an experiential and phenomenological approach at the leading edge of psychotherapeutic approaches. A brief and solution focused method it reveals deeper often hidden and unconscious dynamics in family systems and organizations and what is necessary for resolution. Developed by Bert Hellinger in Germany it is now in more than 25 countries.
The Training is a combination of lectures, workshops and experiential groups in a retreat like setting
Professional Development Points for PACFA, CAPA and GANZ members. Registered Psychologists can claim CPD hours to meet PBA requirements.

Margarete Koenning is a PACFA Supervisor and a Senior Gestalt Therapist with a BA in Social Work. She is a trainer and facilitator in Family and Systemic Constellation and Gestalt Therapy. Her compassion and strong interest in healing trauma has brought her to work to Indigenous organisations and communities focusing on mental health issues, addiction and family of origin entanglements. Margarete is known for her healing heart, deep authentic contact, attention to phenomenology, healing rituals and her capacity to hold intense affect until it softens and reconnects with life. Margarete lives in the Sunshine Coast hinterland where she runs her private practice and training since her arrival in Australia in 1993.
